Every time a patient interacts with a healthcare provider, a user (doctor/nurse/volunteer/staff) at the facility files a Consultation for the patient. The consultation contains basic details of the patient and his current health, the chief complaints raised, the investigations conducted, the diagnosis, advice given by the doctor, and the prescription.

Consultation Update (Daily Round)

The consultation updates are entered into the system by a nurse or a volunteer. The Consultation update usually only consists of parameters marking the present health condition of a patient like his vitals.
