Critical Care

Critical Care Rounds

Currently, in CARE, every patient card has details of the patient including:

  1. Basic information like name, age, sex, etc

  2. Medical History

  3. Consultation details

  4. Lab and investigations report

  5. Scans, X-rays, and other investigation reports

  6. All the information recorded periodically in the ICU (traditionally within the ICU charts) is recorded digitally in CARE

All this information about the patient is recorded on the relevant patient card through the Patient Registration Form, the Patient Consultation Form, as well as, the Investigation Form.

All this information is available on the patient card or the patient’s consultation page.

The patient card where all the above information is visible is accessible to not only doctors within the ICU, but also any doctors assigned to the patient remotely.

A doctor may be assigned to a patient using the Telemedicine/TeleICU feature on the consultation form. The doctor can view the patient's details by logging into CARE.
