Patient Management

Patient Management as its name indicates helps with the management of all aspects of the patient. Right from registration of the patient, assigning an appropriate bed, to consultation with doctors, conducting diagnostic tests to admission to the ICU ward. The patient might also need to be referred to a tertiary hospital for a special procedure or to consult with a specialist. Each of the consultations of the patient with a doctor is recorded in the patient management module. At the time of discharge from the hospital, the patient management module generates a discharge summary.

Identity

CARE maintains unique patient records using the Date of Birth and Phone Number of a Patient. This allows care to eliminate redundant records and notify users of existing patients while attempting to register new patients.
